GREEN FEATURES - GROWING GREEN

After successfully completing the requirements established by the NAHB Green Building Subcommittee of the Construction, Code and Standards Committee in May, 2008, Chris Grondin and John Langill earned the designation of Certified Green Professional™ from the National Association of Homebuilders.

The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System™ is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance green building. Cherry Hill Homes incorporates many of the green features suggested by both the NAHB Green Home Building Guidelines and the USGBC LEED for Homes construction guidelines.

All of our new homes are ENERGY STAR rated. Our homes meet guidelines for energy efficiency set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Our energy-saving features typically make our homes 20-30% more efficient than standard homes.
